Scenes from Giant Robot’s Biennale 3

Giant Robot’s Biennale 3 recently opened at the Japanese American National Museum, and we are ecstatic to bring you some behind the scenes photos from the installation, as well as the Opening Reception. This year’s Biennale features eight up and coming artists and a collection of customized vinyl figurines designed by Ugly Doll creator David Horvath. Works from artists Rob Sato, Deth P. Sun, Ako Castuera, Eishi Takaoka, Saelee Oh, Sean Chao, Albert Reyes, and Zach Gage will be on exhibit, as well as arcade machines configured to run Jeni Yang and Beau Blyth’s new indie video game, Catburger.

Giant Robot and Eric Nakamura have long been a mainstay of the community and we’re so proud and excited for Biennale 3, and hope you are too. Event details below:
